Fitness Challenges and Workshops are designed to support both body and mind through simple, achievable goals. From the 5km-a-Day Challenge to build consistency and stamina, the Stretch Challenge to improve mobility and recovery, the Healthy Eating Challenge to encourage balanced, sustainable nutrition habits, and Brain Training Workshops to enhance focus and mental resilience—each program promotes long-term wellbeing within a supportive community environment.

YOGA AT THE BEACH MOSMAN

YOGA KAYAK

discover a unique yoga kayak experience at Balmoral Beach that blends gentle yoga stretches with peaceful paddling on the water.

Roll out your yoga mat and treat yourself to a session in the most scenic and naturally beautiful outdoor yoga studio. Practicing with an ocean view, expect the uneven surface to challenge your alignment. No previous yoga experience required. Classes are a blend of hatha, flow and stretching with modifications. Let the waves guide your breath and the gentle breeze calm you to stillness. The healing of the ocean and the journey on the water in the kayak will have you feeling recharged and different to when you arrived. 30mins yoga practice, followed by 30mins kayak.

Kayak hire included, Lifejacket hire included. BYO Yoga Mat (yoga mats available if you don't have one)

WEAR: Comfortable clothing, either shorts/swimwear/tights. You will get wet kayaking.

BRING: Sunscreen, sunglasses, yoga mat, towel, hat, water.

Life jackets mandatory BYO or will be provided. Meet at the Kayak Fitness truck at Balmoral Beach opposite the oval. 30mins Yoga + 30mins Kayak. 75mins duration. You will be contacted to confirm your day, date of the session.
